Several Dancers Core in partnership with Emory University Dance Program and The Field presents
Fall 2007 Fieldwork Showcase
A Mixed Discipline Showcase of Original Work
Featuring new works and works-in-progress
Choreographers, Musicians, Composers, Writers, Poets, Playwrights, Performance Artists, Filmmakers, Visual Artists, and Artists who merge the Disciplines
 INDEPENDENT ARTISTS, INNOVATIVE ART

The Fall Fieldwork Showcase is the culmination of the ten-week Fieldwork workshop in which artists show works-in-progress and receive feedback from their peers. After the Showcase, the audience is invited to informally meet with the artists and hear about their processes of “growing the work” as well as discuss the works seen that evening. Works on the showcase are eccelectic, as artists participating in the workshop work in any artistic discipline, from music to dance to puppetry to mixed-media.
Several Dancers Core offers Fieldwork through CORE Initiatives, grassroots programs for the community that deepen peoples' education in movement and the arts.
