Lunchtime in the Studio
Several Dancers Core presents the next "Lunchtime in the Studio" on Friday, February 1 from noon to 1 p.m.. The topic of this free lunchtime event for February is "Music as inspiration: Handel's Messiah." The artists involved in "Arias from Messiah" will discuss the creative process that went into the collaboration that created the piece. Feb. 24. Lunch is provided by Raging Burrito and discounts on tickets to Arias will be given to attendees.

Spring Fieldwork Workshop
Several Dancers Core will offer the Spring Fieldwork Workshop for independent artists in the Atlanta community on Thursday nights from 7:30-9:30 p.m. beginning on February 21. This workshop is a tool for artists working in any discipline to grow their work through weekly showing and facilitated feedback from their peers about their works-in-progress. At the end of the ten-week process, there is an informal showcase performance where the general public can view the works that have been created over the course of the workshop.
