"Woven Clouds" at JCC Dance Month
CORE Performance Company will perform a new section called "Woven Clouds" of their work-in-progress, Corazon Abierto, at "Mix it Up," an evening of dance by Houston artists presented by the Jewish Community Center of Houston's Dance Month. The performances are Saturday, January 28 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 29 at 3:00 p.m. For more information visit the JCC's website...

CORE receives grant for Corazon Abierto
Texas Commission on the Arts, an organization that has funded SDC's 25th Anniversary Season and CORE Initiative Dynamic X-Change, has also set aside support for creation and performance of the new piece, Corazon Abierto. CORE is honored to have been chosen to receive this grant. The complete work, Corazon Abierto, will premiere in Mexico in October 2006, and in Houston later next season.
