The Spring Fieldwork Workshop begins February 8 and continues every Thursday night at 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the Houston Community College Central. Fieldwork workshops provide a forum for artists to receive feedback from their peers in a non-judgemental format. An informal showcase performance is also offered at the culmination of the program to let the artists expand their new work to audiences. The showcase will take place on April 13 at 7 p.m.

CORE Performance Company showcased Corazón Abriendo (Heart Opening) in a performance in New York at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters conference. The conference brings together representatives from presenting venues worldwide to show them what performing artists have to offer.
