"Shew! Fly!" at Bayou City Art Festival Downtown
Several Dancers Core and Art Colony Association present CORE Performance Company at the Bayou City Art Festival in the premiere of "Shew! Fly!" This site-based work is the eleventh commission for the biannual festival. CORE will delight festival attendees with their whimsical yet riveting style of dance that enlivens the festival space Downtown with color and movement. The movement will be based on the work-in-progress they are creating with our commissioned choreographers, Alicia Sanchez (Mexico) and Beppie Blankert (Netherlands).
